Biurrarena S. Coop is part of the structure of Mondragón Corporación Cooperativa, the 7th Spanish business group, which comprises three main groups: Financial (Banking Business and Social Provision Organisation for the MCC Cooperatives), Industrial and Distribution. As an official and exclusive importer of Hyundai construction equipment in Spain, the company employs over 100 people and manages a network of more than 20 subdealers with over 300 professionals, 100 workshop vehicles and years of experience.
Biurrarena has been in the market for almost 40 years now and has always shown its capacity to adapt to change. They market Machinery for Construction and Public Works: excavators, wheel loaders, mini-excavators, breakers, hydraulic attachments. Biurrarena also develops and builds customized special equipment for demolition and deep digging applications.
On the 17th of October 2008, construction equipment dealer Biurrarena S. Coop, have inaugurated their new head office in Astigarraga in the north of Spain. Over 300 guests (subdealers, suppliers, customers and staff) proudly assisted to the event and were shown all aspects of the impressive new premises.
The total surface has increased with 6000 sqm to now reach 24000 sqm, housing offices, a machine workshop, a stockyard and a state-of-the art warehouse. This automatic warehouse has around 15000 references on stock and easily copes with over 100 order lines an hour. With these new features Buirrarena follows through on Hyundai’s pursuit of excellence in after sales service.
