HITESCA srl was founded in 2002 by 3 partners with more than 20 years of experience in the forklifts and earthmoving machines sectors.
Hitesca, which stands for Hyundai Italia Escavatori, is HHIE dealer for both forklifts and construction equipments and currently employs a team of 20 people (including salesmen, technicians and mechanics).
The company is located in Pontenure (Piacenza) via Emilia Parmense Ovest, one of the busiest road crossings in the region, connecting two important Northern cities: Milano and Bologna.
Hitesca is proud to show visitors and customers its new facilities (see picture below) with :
- 3.000 m2 of covered area (including showroom, spare parts stock and fully equipped workshop for preparation, modification and after sales service);
- 15.000 m2 of external area (with demonstration ground and machines stock)
- 500 m2 of offices.
On the 30th of March 2005 Hitesca has been certified “UNI EN ISO 9001-2000 Vision”, by a Swiss institution called SWISO, for its Quality System of Sale, Service and Rental of Construction Equipments and Forklifts.
Hitesca is constantly expanding its forklifts sales volume through its own network of currently 35 sub dealers, spread all over the Italian peninsula. To constantly reach important targets Hitesca engages itself in offering its sub dealers a permanent and rotating stock of about 60 forklifts equipped with different specifications and ready to be delivered, a demonstration area where sub dealers and their customers have the possibility to test machines and a well-stocked spare part warehouse to supply parts for urgent requests.
Hitesca has 3 fully equipped vans for a prompt and resolute service for machines working at maximum 200 km. far from the company. For other locations, all sub dealers of Hitesca are trained with the cooperation of HHIE Forklifts After/Sales Service, to assist and easily service machines independently.
