The company “Promatex International” was founded in 1982 by Mr. Hippolite Payen), with the trade of construction equipment as her main activity. The Hyundai account was attributed to Promatex in January, 1994.
In the mean time, Mr. Phillipe Capron took over leadership of the company in June 2005. Phillipe was already working for the company for several years, starting out as a salesman but quickly working his way up to becoming the companies manager after the retirement of Mr. Payen.
The strength of the company today is its staff of 15 talented individuals, among whom 12 responsible for service and 4 technicians. The stock of spare parts is worth about half a million euros.
The leitmotiv of the company is "service". This strategy translated into a big customer loyalty and approximately 15% new customers per year. At the moment, around 700 Hyundai machines are being accounted for daily. Keeping them up and running is Promatex’s main concern.
Promatex is besides and no doubt the largest Hyundai dealer in France for what wheeled excavators is concerned: a regional specificity.
